The journey that led to Brightminds International Learning Academy began in 2015. Before starting my National Youth Service Corps, I wanted to give back through community service, and I was fortunate to be posted to a school. While teaching, I saw firsthand how quickly educational standards, especially in mathematics, were declining. That experience sparked a passion to pursue education, even though I had trained as a chemical engineer.

To strengthen this vision, I earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and worked with several schools as both a teacher and an academic lead, delivering Nigerian, British, Canadian and American curricula. When COVID 19 changed how learning took place, I adapted quickly as teaching moved toward hybrid and technology-driven methods.

In September 2024, I officially launched Brightminds International Learning Academy, starting with just two students. Their parents were so impressed with their progress that they shared their experience, and word spread rapidly. By the end of the 2024 to 2025 session, Brightminds proudly coached and graduated six students, including four GCSE candidates and two A Level candidates.

What began as a simple desire to serve my community has now grown into a mission to raise learning standards, inspire confidence and help learners excel in any academic environment. Brightminds International Learning Academy continues to grow, committed to providing world class education for every learner.
